He is survived by: his son Zack Carthy (Emilee) of Sullivan, Missouri; his stepchildren, Joe Kilburn of Sullivan and Krista Stewart of O'Fallon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Reid and Carlee Carthy of Sullivan, Missouri; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia Hempel and Sean Stewart of O'Fallon, Missouri; and his sister Lisa Bocci (Paul). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
