He was predeceased by: his brother Ricky Courtway. He is survived by: his wife Linda Courtway; his children, Ashley Courtway of Sullivan, MO, Tina Courtway of Springfield, MO and Paul Courtway of De Soto, MO.; his siblings, Ronnie, Jerry, Dennis Courtway, Helen Smith, Linda Bridgeman, Carol Stroup and Brenda Thurmond; and his granddaughter Kaitlin Courtway. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
