It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Octa Elizabeth Phillips in Sullivan, Missouri, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Lee; and her siblings, Crystal Darr (Ernest), Gretchen Kent and Coolidge Ayers (Tressa). She is survived by: her son Robert (Marlene Phillips) of Green City; her granddaughters, Cloe (Wade Billington) of Salisbury and Jessica Phillips (Quincy); her great grandchildren, Kaylin and Finley Billington; and her brother McKinley (Elinor Ayers) of Kirksville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and all her extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Green City Cemetery.
