She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Frank" Phillippe and Nellie Mae Phillippe (Thompson); her husband Robert Stout; her grandson Kevin Ruebsam; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Gordon Phillippe (Sonny), Caroline Crichfield, Marjorie Myers and Phyllis Memering.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Stout (Debby) of Mooresville, IN, Larry Stout of Sullivan, MO and Rita Ruebsam of Sullivan, MO; her grandchildren, Doug Baker of Union, MO, Jim Ruebsam (Jessica) of St. Louis, MO, Jason Stout (Michelle) of Sullivan, MO and Jennifer Bryant (Corey) of Mooresville, IN; and her great grandchildren, Garrett, Drew, Harry, Rosie, Charlie, Gunnar, Jordan, Parker and Kason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions in Norma's memory may be made to the Sullivan Christian Church.
