He was predeceased by: his sisters, Laurie Nicolai and Sandra Nicolai. He is survived by: his wife Genlie; his children, Justin Nicolai and Kathryn Nicolai; his stepchildren, Brent Rall (Kelly), Angie Warner (Dave) and Lindsay McAlexander (Michael); his grandchildren, Justin, Cru, Zoe and Gage; and his siblings, James Nicolai, Albert Nicolai (Tracie), Tom Nicolai and Pat Williams.
