He was predeceased by: his wife Ellie; his parents, George Levart (Lucy Levart) and Mary Levart; and his siblings, John W. Levart, Madeline M. Matthews (Levart), Wanda A. Miller (Levart), Bettie M. Levart, Ira F. Levart and Elsie J. Honey (Levart).
He is survived by: his children, Debbi Hall (Troy) of Havana, IL and Kevin Levart (Sallie) of St. Clair, MO; his grandchildren, Christina, Duane, Randal, Kevin Wayne II and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Melissa, Sarah, Michael, McKenzie, Neelah, Logan, Eli, Paisley, Draiden, Faith, Kaidee, Langston, Wyatt and Byron; his great great grandchildren, Aden, Madison, Sirena, Dameon, Hunter and Maxwell; his siblings, George "J. R." Levart (Linda) of Bryant, AR, Russell Levart (Shirlene) of Benton, AR, James Levart of Poplar Bluff, MO and Shirley Eaton (Bill) of Piedmont, MO; and his sister-in-law Erma Westmoreland of South Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Milford's memory the Building Project Fund of Full Gospel Assembly of God Church in Sullivan.
