She is survived by: her spouse Mike Fowler; her children, Jason Fowler (Jessica) of Sullivan and Shelly Seibert (Danny) of Washington, MO; her grandsons, Cayden Fowler, Collin Fowler and Jackson Seibert; and her siblings, James Palmer (Jeanine) of Sullivan, Dan Palmer (Diane) of Sullivan, Don Palmer of Cuba, MO, Stella Rose (Mike) of Union, MO and Sharon Brand (Jim) of Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, other relatives and many friends.
