He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Hall and Donna Sue Hall of Sullivan, MO; his wife Mari Elizabeth Gish; his grandmothers, Barbara Hall of Imperial, MO and Patricia McCann of Ballwin, MO; his brother Nathan Hall (Trisha) of Broken Arrow, OK; his daughter Violet Hall; his nephews, Remington of Broken Arrow and Emerson of Broken Arrow; and his niece Viviana Hall of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
