He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kibler and Joan Kibler Moye; and his brother Keith Kibler. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Kibler; his son Timothy Kibler; his grandsons, Colton Kibler and Ford Kibler; and his siblings, Kathy Gaillard, Dean Kibler and Scott Kibler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
