He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelmer Neff and Melba Neff (Range); and his brother Ronnie Neff. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Neff (McClintick) of Sullivan, MO; his sons, Jason Neff (Christine) of Sullivan, MO, Clayton Neff of Sullivan, MO and Ben Neff (Angie) of Sullivan, MO; his grandchildren, Adam Neff of Stanton, MO and Marissa Duffy (James) of Sullivan, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Kayla and Nick Wilkenson; his great grandchildren, Evangeline, Maisie and Lillian; and his sister Jackie Funkhouser of Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

“Hi ginger, i just heard yesterday about larry's accident and wanted to offer my condolences. As you know, back in high school larry and i ran around a lot together, played basketball, shot pool and snooker (larry generally won more than he lost), skipped school to go on float trips, drank beer whenever possible (larry let me drink most of the beer), went quail hunting, rode around on his motorcycle and of course his fifties chevy. Wish we could do it again and so sorry that he is gone.”
