He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kelley and Violet Kelley (McCord); his wife Patricia L. Musgrove; and his siblings, Charles Kelley and Perley Mae McClain.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Flint (Wayne) of Chicago, IL, Carol Shackelford (Gene) of Union, MO, Timothy Kelley of Sullivan, MO, Lori Kelley of O'Fallon, MO and Vikki Wolf (Don) of Bourbon, MO; and his brother Ronnie Kelley of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
