He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Thompson and Loretta Thompson; his parents-in-law, Joe and Nell Krygiel; and his in-laws, David, Joan Krygiel, Mary, Bob Blankenship and Herman Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Annie; his daughters, Lori Herbst (Andy) and Leann Weirich (Travis); his grandchildren, Gentry and Garren Weirich; his sister Karen Woodcock (Phillip); and his in-laws, Pauline Payne, John Krygiel, Paula, Theresa, Bob Hulsey, Tom and Michelle Krygiel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
