He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Waller, Sr. and Margaret Waller; his daughter Carol Lynn Waller; his wife Esther Matthews Waller; his son Grant Waller; and his siblings, Ed Waller, Mary McIvor and Margaret Schlueter.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Scott Waller (Patricia); his grandsons, John Thomas Waller, Matt Waller, Tim Waller and Cody Waller; and also Paula Ray. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
