He was predeceased by: his parents, Orla Sohn and Alona "Allie" Sohn (Dill); and his brother William "Bill" Sohn. He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn; his children, Jack Sohn Jr. (Tina) of Sullivan and Michelle Conrad (Steve) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jason Daugherty of Sullivan, Barry Hicks (Nicki) of Bourbon, MO and Anna Hicks of California; his great grandchildren, Bryce and Beau; his sister Arleen Hathman (Bob) of Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Sally Sohn of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Contributions may be given in Jack's memory to Temple Baptist Church Youth Group.
