He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Rulo; his sisters, Janet Smith and Phyllis Kindrick; and also, Devin Yoder and Tessa Yoder.
He is survived by: his wife Dora E. Rulo of Sullivan, MO; his children, Kimberly Ann Puyear (Dave) of St. Louis, MO, Tiffany Rulo of St. Clair, MO, Tia Bethune (Robert) of Owensville, MO, Amberly Jones (Jacob) of St. Clair and James Naucke, Jr.; his wife Michelle of St. Charles, MO; his father George Rulo of Lonedell, MO; his siblings, George W. Rulo (Dora Ann) of St. Clair, Kenneth Rulo of Sullivan, Opal Bull (Ronnie) of Lonedell and Antoinette Gambill (Gregory) of St. Clair; and also, Washburn, Juanita and Gidget of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
