He is survived by: his grandson Frank; his wife Jackie; his children, Michael Chlipala (Maureen) of Sullivan, MO and Theresa McKinney (Dino) of Sullivan, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan McKinney of Sullivan, Cody McKinney of Sullivan, Melissa Reed of Sullivan, Tina Turner (Matt) of Sullivan, Nicole Shelton of Sullivan and Michael (Casey Shelton) of Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Dalton, Anthony, Kaden, Drew, Jenna, Mia, Kaylee, Jaydee and Everett; his brother Robert Chlipala (Diane) of Bellevue, WA; his mother-in-law Freda Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Pompe (Bruce) of St. Louis, MO, Angie Appleby (Bob) of Loma Linda, MO and Bob Choun of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials in Frank's memory may be made to St. Anthony Catholic School and/or masses given for Frank to St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
