She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Wagers of Sullivan and Carl "Dean" Mayfield (Doris) of Independence; her grandchildren, Stacy Pendergrass (Joe), Gretchen Mayfield (Gabriel McAlister), Matthew Mayfield, Tammy Campbell (Coby) and Troy Wagers (Stacia); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Tori, Carl, Amelia, Anderson and Ava. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
