He is survived by: his wife Dorothy King of Sullivan, Missouri; his sons, Mike King (Gina) of Sullivan and Kelly King (Tracy) of Sullivan, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jessicca Strube, Becky Alexander (Cyrus), Micaela King, Tyler King, Todd King and Triston King; his stepgrandchildren, Shaylin Phillips (James) and Stephanie Hulsey (Brett); his great grandchildren, Ian, Austin, Jakx, Ryker, Tate, Landon, Fischer, Finley, Boone, Hunter, Conner, Spencer, Kale, Kori and Ryan; his sisters, Alice Ray and Betty Schaefer; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Jost and Joyce King. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
