It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile L. Bailey (Sullivan, Missouri), born in Washington, Missouri, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Bailey; her son Dale Bailey; her grandson John Bailey; her parents, Marion Northcutt and Carrie Northcutt; and her sister Wilma Northcutt.
She is survived by: her son Donald Bailey of Sullivan, MO; her close friend Ann Lee of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Marissa Jones (Kent) of Leasburg, MO and Jason Bailey of Imperial, MO; her great grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Brynn Jones and William Bailey; her cousins, Nadine King of Wentzville, MO and Lillian Lewis of Sullivan, MO; and her close friends, George, Leola Schatz and Angie Henderson. She is also survived by other relatives and many more friends.
