She was predeceased by: her parent Arlie Dixon; her grandmother Puckett; her son Allen W. Heslep; her grandson Luke Heslep; and her siblings, Buss, Arlie Dixon, Maddalyn Oaks, Margaret Tippins, Julie Faye Miller, Arlene Johanning and Joann Pennock.
She is survived by: her children, Ty Heslep (Michelle) of Springfield, MO, Chuck Neal (Shawna) of Nixa, MO and Apprill Turlington (Brad) of Sullivan, MO; her grandchildren, Cindy, Aaron Heslep, Skyler Graddy (Taylor) and Jessica Neal; her great grandchild Weston; and her sister Frances Strauss of Sullivan, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
