He is survived by: his parents, James D. Kilburn and Victoria C. Kilburn (Midyett) of Sullivan; his siblings, Ian of Sullivan, Logan of Sullivan and Anna Kilburn of Sullivan; his grandparents, Kim, Jim Kilburn, Bill, Denise Midyett, Gloria and Eugene Parker; his great-grandparents, James "Red" Kilburn, Lovetta Midyett and Marilyn Mason; his nephews, Oliver and Conway Kilburn; his uncles, Jake Kilburn, Matt Kilburn (Addie Blankenship Kilburn) and Kyle Midyett; and his cousins, Blake and Owen Kilburn. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
