It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Rene Ballard of Sugar Creek, Missouri, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Paul Deshazer and Karen Deshazer; her husband Sam Ballard; and her stepson David Ballard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a great niece and 2 great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to local pet charities.
