She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Greer and Florence Greer (Thompson); and her siblings, Larry Greer and Louise Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, Charles C. Harter (Veronica) and Kenneth L. Harter (Pamela); her brother Arthur W. Greer (Jenny); and her grandchildren, Chelsea Abbott, Christina Harter, Vanessa Harter, Stephanie Harter, Kenneth Harter II and Jennifer Hinrichs. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
