He is survived by: his children, Kathy Dujakovich, Ramona Hawks (Derk) and Joseph Zwosta; his grandchildren, Nikole Foote (Jeff), Zachary Dujakovich (Darcie) and Ian Hawks; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Foote and Elijah Foote. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
