He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vera Stark, Velma Bailey, Tressie Pursifull, Alida Holt, Harry Boyd, Wade Boyd, Joseph Boyd, Leyburn Boyd and Ottis Boyd.
He is survived by: his sister Dovie Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
