He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his son Terry; and his stepgrandson Casey Hendren. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Fowler of Paris, MO; his stepdaughter Esther Gail Warren of Centralia, MO; and his siblings, Linda Garner and Bill Joe Fowler. He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren.
