He is survived by: his wife Gail Bock; his children, Ryan Smith and Cassie Moody; his siblings, Earl D Bock, Jr., Richard Bock, Paul Christensen, Carl Bock, Jan Joseph and Suzanne Polivka; and his daughters, Christina C. and Elaina R.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
