She is survived by: her parent Lillie Mae Clayton (Lamb); her children, Becky Sappington Berry of Mexico, MO, Susan Sappington of Kansas City, MO and James Paul Sappington (Robin) of Queen City, MO; her sisters, Mildred, Mary and Barbara; her grandchildren, Jessica, Ginger, Lauren, Caitelin, Diana, Kyle, Erik and Brett; her son Ken Sappington; and her brother Jimmie Clayton.
