She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Smith and Billy Jean Smith (Ferrier); and her former husband Jackie Clayton, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Regina Clayton of Sturgeon, Jackie Clayton, Jr. (Lori) of Sturgeon and Jake Clayton of Nashville, Tennessee; her brothers, Jim Bob Smith of Indiana and Dickie Smith of Mexico; her grandsons, Jesse Hager (Rachel) of Mexico, Jay Hager (Amanda) of Montgomery City and Jadan Clayton of Kirksville; and her great grandchildren, Jada, Jordyn, Jackson, Jakob, Zander and Zori.
