He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clark; his children, Russell Fischer of Clark, Allen Fischer (Wendy) of Harrisburg and Vickie Chism (Eric) of Sturgeon; his grandchildren, Stephanie Eddy (John) of Holts Summit, Lt. Christopher Chism (Alexandria) of Virginia Beach, VA, Sydney Fischer of Harrisburg, Olivia Fischer of Harrisburg, Emma Fischer of Harrisburg and Kirk Fischer of Columbia; his great grandchildren, Aliya and Jordan Eddy; his sisters, Anita Stein (Gunter) of Lake Winnebego and Ann Easton (Rick) of Quinton, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Stein, Jessica Fisher and Willie Easton.
