He is survived by: his children, Zane Michaell Campbell of Peyton, Colorado and Alayna Terina Adams of Ruskin, Florida; his father Rocky Campbell; his stepmother Ellen Campbell of Pleasant Hill; his mother Jayne Cline (Sloan); his stepfather Rick Cline of Pleasant Hill; his siblings, Chase Campbell (Heather) of Opelika, Chance Campbell (Channing) of Pleasant Hill and Chanie Campbell of Pleasant Hill; his stepsisters, Megan Thompson (Jake) of Troy, Kaylee Foley (Chris) of Pleasant Hill and Jamie Ratliff (Keith) of Oak Grove; his stepgrandmother Margaret Cline of Kingsville; his grandfather Charley Walker of Pleasant Hill; his fiancé Kailey Ross; his partner's children, Cash Griffith of Strasburg, Claire Griffith of Strasburg and Corelai Ross of Strasburg; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions maybe directed to the funeral home to help offset the funeral expenses.
