He is survived by: his friend Joan Moore; his sons, Harold Wayne and Darren Lee (Kathy); his grandchildren, Max and Madison Hotelling; his siblings, William (Joyce) of Fair Grove, John Calvin (Alice) of Ava, Hazel (Rick Rowden) of Fair Grove and Juanita (Art Harp) of Fair Grove; and his aunts, Edna Ruth Deaton of Springfield and Mary Geraldine Hotelling of Republic. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
