He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Calbert C. Jr. Bush and Ruby Metscher Bush; his children, Kristal Rainey (Sam) of Barnett, Tony Bush of Independence, Nicole Porter of Jefferson City and Dustin Metcalf of Laurie; his brother Greg Bush; and his stepfather Kenneth Campbell. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
