He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Poker" and Ruth Stephens (Garrett). He is survived by: his spouse Cyndy Stephens (Dahl); his children, Cathy Pilcher (David) of Blue Mound, TX and Neal Stephens, Jr. (Lesleigh); his grandchildren, David Wallace (Marie) of Ormond Beach, FL, Cathy McMillin (Marc) of Hulen, TX, Rachel Lopez (Jorge) of Charleston, SC, Natalie Jurcic (Ivan) of Suarita, AZ and Nicholas Bobotas; his brothers, Bill Stephens (Linda) of Edgerton, KS, Leo Stephens (Sharon) of Desoto, KS and Carl Stephens (Judy) of Kearney, MO; his daughter Joy Lynn Stephens; his granddaughter Joy Lynn McClung; his stepson Michael Kimborough; and his siblings, Jim Stephens and Judy Stephens. He is also survived by Eight Great Grandchildren.
