She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Koehn and Ella Rose Koehn (Koehn); and her siblings, Meloney, Daniel, David and Monty.

She is survived by: her family, Twila, Steve Koehn, Anthony, Virginia Koehn, Wes and Sara Koehn; and her sister-in-law Carol Koehn of Stover.
