He was predeceased by: his father Charles Levi Smith Sr.; and his siblings, Jason Ballard Smith and Devan Noel Smith. He is survived by: his mother Connie Taylor Singletary Smith of Stover; his grandparents, William Ballard and Almeda Taylor Singletary of Stover; his siblings, James Cios, Jr. of Florida, Andrew Cios of South Carolina, Jeremy Smith of Stover, Marlana Smith of Sedalia, Jim Smith of Florida, C. L. Smith of Florida and Angel Smith of Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Rocco, Anna, Aiden, Austin, Tye, Avianna, Daegan and Carter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
