With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Harlan Lewis of Stover, Missouri, born in Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Harlan Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Audrey Lewis and Zola Lewis (Morris); and his wife Jeannette Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, James Lewis, Jr. of Stover, David Lewis (Kristy) of Sedalia and Victor Lewis (Amber) of Gresham, Oregon; his stepsons, Bart Heman (Crystal) of Versailles and Joey Heman (Amanda) of Stover; and his siblings, Barbara Pierce of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Wally Lewis of Sedalia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to St. John's Cemetery at Boeschenville in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, Missouri 65325.
