With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dottie Mae Howe (Stover, Missouri), born in Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elmer and Lottie Mae Baggett (Coen); her husband James Howe, Sr.; her son Tracy Allen Howe; her siblings, Barbara McKenney, Jeannie Daugherty, David Baggett, William Baggett, Gary Ray Baggett, Carl Baggett and Paul Baggett; and her granddaughter Tiffany Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Blackmore (Everett) of Stover, Vena Howe of Stover, James Alfred Howe, Jr. (Heike) of Sedalia and William Howe (Rhonda) of Walker, Louisiana; and her brothers, James Baggett-Wynne (Betty) and Larry Baggett of Nevada. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and forty-three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.
