He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hatfield; his children, Vivian Hatfield of Missouri, Donnie Hatfield of Mississippi, Cleta Hatfield and Shelly Casey of Florida; his stepchildren, Eddie Kuhn of Missouri, Bobbie Kuhn of Florida, Mark Hash of North Dakota, Dustin Hash of Kentucky and Donna Hash of Oklahoma; and his sisters, Linda Cramer of Tennessee and Ruth Johnson of Missouri. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.
