He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crouse; his children, Timothy Crouse of Prior, OK, Anthony Crouse of Nashville, TN, Sallie Deans of Hackett, AR and Marina Nichols of Poteau, OK; his mother Beatrice Crouse of Hornsby, TN; and his brother Charles Crouse of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
