He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Johnny Dake (Monica), Michael Haley and Julie Folsom (Isom); his grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan, Mallory Folsom, Weston and Whitney Dake; his great grandchild Rylee Folsom; his siblings, Myrel Dake, Floyd Dake (Norma), Ritchie Dake (Mary), Pauline Humphrey, Barbara McDaniel, Beverly Pendleton (Danny) and Becky Buckley (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Jenny Dake, Lana Duncan (Doug), Margaret Vaughn, Joann Burns (Eddie) and Denise Leutkemeyer (Dean). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
