With solemn reverence, we commemorate Christine Newman of Stover, Missouri, whose life came to an end on November 21, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Langford and Mary Lou Langford (Roberts); her husband James Newman; her son Michael Newman; her siblings, Arthur Langford, Willine Davis and JoAnn Honeycutt; and her grandchildren, Skyler Newman and Amber Newman.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Newman (Delilah) of Cookville, Tennessee, Ann (Paul Luetjen), Mary (Ralph Davis), Rebecca (Donnie Jackson) and Terry (Bea Sutton); and her brother James Qualls (Patsy) of Crossville, Tennessee. She is also survived by her family, particularly her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home (204 W 3rd St, Stover, MO 65078). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at the Pleasant Union Cemetery- Stover Plant.
