He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Herman and Edna Mae Greening Hilbert; and his sons, William and Dennis Hilbert. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Lee Armstrong; his daughters, Sheila Goodwin (Bill) of Stoutsville and Lori Krigbaum of Palmyra, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Jeannie Marie Goodwin, Brandon Goodwin, Ryan Krigbaum, Grace Krigbaum and Emma Krigbaum; his great grandchild Tristan Goodwin; and his brothers, Carl Robert Hilbert and George Lee Hilbert (Jean) of Peoria, Illinois.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the recent COVID-19 gathering restrictions the services for Wayne Hilbert will be private.
