He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holder and Bessie Holder (LeGrand); his wife Florene Embree; his daughter Wanda Mae Turner; and his siblings, Frankie Mae Richardson, George Holder and Edward Holder.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Holder (Linda) of Macon, MO, Samuel Holder (Lisa) of Moberly, MO, Wayne Holder (Barbara) of Macon, MO and Lisa Pruitt (Jamie) of Tulsa, OK; his son-in-law Donald Turner of Stoutsville, MO; and his grandchildren, Robert Turner (Beth), Roy Turner (Candice), Leanne Holder, Jennifer Nuhn, Jacque Steyer (Adam), Charles Holder, Charity Newberry, Rachael Twyman (Dillon), Daniel Holder (Erin), Alan Holder, Jon Castleberry (Jenny) and Caleb Pruitt. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Monroe County Nutrition Center or the Oak Grove Cemetery.
