We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020, at the age of 86, Velma Fulbright (Stoutland, Missouri), born in Lebanon, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn A. Wright and Alta N. Lillard Wright; her siblings, Thelma Edwards, Jeannie Peterson and Jim Wright; and her children, Keith Fulbright, Jr., Glen Fulbright and Tamra Moody.

She is survived by: her brothers, Lynn Wright (Carol) of Lebanon and Bill Wright (Barbara) of Sullivan, MO; her son-in-law Dwight Moody of Stoutland, MO; her grandson Shane Holiman; and her cousin Rosalee Elam. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
