He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Pendergrass and Vival Warren Pendergrass; his daughter Lori Pendergrass; and his siblings, Norma Shumate, Jack Pendergrass, Clyde Pendergrass of Adeline Shawn, R. B and Kenny Pendergrass.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Jason Pendergrass (Christy) and Jerad Pendergrass (Cari); his grandchildren, Lane Pendergrass, Hailey Pendergrass, Jake Pendergrass (Kodie), Jayden Pendergrass and Lexee Pendergrass; his great grandchildren, Kinsleigh, Brynlee and Wrenley; his sisters, Betty Hutchcraft, Sharon Hafley (Dan) and Judy Owens; and his sisters-in-law, Jerry Francis (Jennifer) and Chris Francis (Devonna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.
