She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lewis and Elva Lewis (Weldy); her husband Donald Berkley Lewis; and her sister Helen Leonard. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Campbell (Jim) of Sarcoxie, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jared Campbell (Abbie) of Sarcoxie, Missouri and Jillian Curtis (Chase) of Sarcoxie, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Kerrigan, Allyson Darrow, Karson Campbell and Grayson Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Union Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
