He was predeceased by: his former wife Beverly Bridges; and his son Walter Jr.. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Dissler; his son Danny; his grandchildren, Lindsay Cook, Ryan Cook, Breanna Cook and Michelle Ibarra; and his great grandchildren, Talon Ibarra and Maya Ibarra.
