He was predeceased by: his father Charles Collins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Collins (Fox); his wife Tonya; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Derek Parrett, Kynsey Collins, Seth, Lily Haslock, Bryce Collins, Macy Collins, Ruger Collins, Aspen Collins, Daniel, Larissa, Destry, Maddison, Alden, Dylan and Forrest; and his siblings, Allen, Yvette Collins, Kim Collins, Jeff and Ashley Collins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Stacy passed at home Monday Morning Services Saturday May 11th at 10:00 AM, any donations can be left for the family at Great Southern Stacy Lynn Collins was born in Smithville, Missouri to Charles and Shirley (Fox) Collins on November 20, 1969.
