He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dan Walker and Emma Voila Ballenger (Brown); his wife Ruth; his sister Bertha; his sons, Jim (Jane) and Mike (Kerri); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Amanda, Ashley, Audra, Richard, Laura, Robert, Emily, David, Jayla, Crosby, Isabelle, Madison of Jonathon, AJ, Allison, Katelyn, Mackenzie, Claire and Gwen. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

I will miss the fishing stories we shared about what was biting, where they were biting and who was telling the biggest fish stories. He also never failed to ask how our granddaughter, Molly, was doing and always said he held her in his prayers.
